CGI-Subscribe is a simple web interface which allows users to add their name and email address to a list. With the admin interface, you can then send out periodic messages to everyone on your list, change your password, or delete a subscriber. Each message sent by the program also has an "unsubscribe" URL listed at the bottom so that a user can get off the list with one click. This can be used for mass mailings to students in a class, information about updates of your website, newsletters, or other info. It has a rudimentary password access system, so that not just anyone can send mail to all your subscribers. Bug fix 12/09/2003 helps prevent spammer hijacking of the form. CGI-Subscribe: Free Perl/CGI Mailing List Manager and Newsletter Program CGI-Subscribe is a free, Perl/CGI mailing list manager. It allows people to subscribe to yournewsletter or mailing list on your website, and lets you email everyone on the list. Featuresdouble-opt-in feature so that people can't sign up others without their consent.
