Open source project for the development of PHP code for bioinformatics. Classes are under development in a try to rewrite other bio projects into PHP, as for example bioPerl or BioPhyton. A wiki-like service has been developed to allow registered users to modify the code. Additionally, minitools (open and copy one page scripts) are available for some widely used asks: Temperature (Tm) Calculator, PCR Amplification, Microsatellite Repeats Finder, Palindromic Sequences finder, Oligonucleotide Frequency, Alignment of DNA/Protein sequences, Restriction digest of DNA, translation and reverse translation, Microarray analysis, Protein sequence information... Specific minitools for statistical analysis are also available: dat description (Mean, Median, Mode, Minimum, Maximum, Range, Variance, Standard Deviation, Skewness, Kurtosis...), Discriminatory Power, Linear Correlation and Regression, etc. BioPHP.
