The Form includes email validation and will display the error on the Form should the Form not be filled out properly. If the Form is correctly filled out it will goto a Thank You page. You can modify the output to your own Thank You very easily. The AFC Simpli Easy Form is Easy to modify for your needs. All you need to do is add your email address into the output.php file in two places and upload the files to your web hosting server. AFC Simpli Easy Form Includes all the files you need. You can edit anything you need to make this Form customized to serve you better.
