ScriptFTP is a script driven FTP client that allows you to automate your file transfers. Repetitive tasks like synchronizing files, backups, web server updates etc are made easier and faster by using ScriptFTP. There is also an integrated scheduler to program the script execution.

Writing a script for ScriptFTP is fairly easy. Take a look at this example:
