Resource Tuner enables you to customize any application by editing and replacing resources (PNG, XML, Image Lists, Type Library, bitmaps, jpeg, icons, strings, Delphi forms) within the file. It ships with the UPX Unpacker, a start-up processing plug-in for unpacking files compressed with UPX. Resource Tuner makes it straightforward to translate any application, even if you do not have the source code for it, even if its original developers are long gone. Bring your pre-XP legacy apps back to the future with Resource Tuner. Just run the wizard to slip an application manifest into the resource section of the executable. Add your personal touch by tweaking the text, icons, pictures, buttons, and colors.
Extract images, edit them, and place them back. Or extract images from one application and put them into another. Have fun personalizing any application to your own unique taste.
