You can add your own messages that are displayed when it is time to take a break, display a picture in the alert and set your own work period length if you want. Most worker health surveys show that the most frequent health related complaints among workers are computer-related eye strain. Eye-strain (Asthenopia) - is an ophthalmological condition that manifests itself through nonspecific symptoms such as fatigue, red eyes, eye strain, pain in or around the eyes, blurred vision, headache and occasional double vision. Symptoms often occur after reading, computer work, or other activities that involve tedious visual tasks. The RelaxMyEyes is a cross-platform software: Using Adobe AIR, it supports Windows 2000; Windows XP; Windows Vista; Mac OS X v10.4 or 10.5.
