OutlookFolders for Outlook permits at the same time the common access to all data in your MS Outlook network without a MS Exchange server. Our customers are smaller, middle and large enterprises, which are looking for an economical and fast IT communication solution which can be serviced and administered easy. Install OutlookFolders simply central on any Outlook PC in your Network from then on you work "everyone with everyone" from 2 up to 50 (*1) Outlook users in your MS Outlook network.
With OutlookFolders, you are able to access contacts, calendar, appointments, E-mails and documents stored on a different computer from each workstation in your MS-Outlook network.
One computer has to install our server application, in order to allow remote access, each client computer installs our client software in order to connect to the server Outlook.
On this central Outlook, you have exactly the same access as on your personal Outlook file. All built-in functions in the public file remain. An already existing network does not have to be changed. That means, you can realize your network also with different MS Outlook or MS operating system versions.
OutlookFolders is not a synchronisation program and not load thus the network, it is like the MS Exchange Server or the Lotus Domino and Notes a so mentioned its own "Store Provider".
The functionality of OutlookFolders extends a QSynchronisation program for Note-books and Home PC`s as well as an integrated QMailserver for the internal and external E-Mail dispatch.

So far worldwide already more than 6,000 Outlook users in over 1,500 enterprises are working with OutlookFolders for Outlook.
