NFOpad views nfo/diz-files with correct ascii

NFOpad is a small, fast and flexible nfo viewer/text editor. It is more or less a copy of Microsoft's Notepad but with some extra settings, and support for nfo files. The file extension is used to determine whether to use an ANSI or ASCII font.

The exe contains all necessary runtime files so it works on most Windows machines (98/me/2k/xp/vista).
