IESpeaker - "Internet Explorer Speaker / Internet Explorer Reader / IE Reader / IE Speaker" is add-on for Internet Explorer which makes the web document talk to you.

After you install IESpeaker, it will add extra menu with title "Speak" in your Internet Explorer and A Speaker Button on the toolbar as well as you see on the above picture. All you need to do is just open the browser, open any website with any content and select the text as shown on this picture. And right click on it OR click on speaker button on toolbar, it will open a small window and it will speak everything that is selected.

You can control the speed/volume of text which is spoken. Also customize the Font. You can also save the text as wave file and use it later on to hear.
