MiirrorX is a utility like rsync that allows you to mirror and synchronize remote directories and files so they are the same on multiple computers. It currently supports AppleTalk and FTP mirroring across machines. It also support AppleScript scheduling, so you can automate MirrorX tasks withing more complicated solutions. What's New: Version 0.4 adds the following: New Features Changes some minor user interface changes switched logfile format to plain text for better parsing and better overview if there are not allowed items in a job, new items at the source are not allowed for default - you have to switch them on, if you want to copy it switched to a more recent libcurl Bugfixes "allow" is now persistent to the next simulation/update without saving and loading again quiet mode should work now for update jobs started by the scheduler or by a script fixed a bug with the connect/disconnect button in the ftp-sheet, should work better now catch exception if password is not in the KeyChain - setting it to "", currently without a warning (this will change asap) Known Bugs there seems to be a bug in libcurl with certain ftp-servers, that crashs MirrorX, at the moment I have no idea, where to look for, but enabling the verbose mode of libcurl (see Preferences in MirrorX) seems to solve the problem non-passive ftp may cause problems, this is a bug in the libcurl, I made a workaround but it should be handled by libcurl, this isn't done so far in the simulation outline the switches for folders have no state "-", if the contained files have different states on allowUpdate last update isn't saved when a change to the sync job is made Platforms: Mac OS X , Macintosh System requirements: Mac OS X 10.1 or later. Price: $0.00
