Liquid is the fastest way to create impressive webpresentations/animations/games for the web, that runs without plugins in IE5x.
Liquid is easy to update using nothing but Notepad, and has no learningcurve for anyone used to HTML, since Liquid is run as a very simple markup-language supported by IE5x as is.
Liquid is extensible (you can add your own tags) incredible powerful when it comes to complext animations/interactivity, and has a much wider array of objects, making it a closer relative to Flash than it does to SMIL.
