This LingvoSoft English Portuguese Talking Dictionary for Pocket PC provides two-way word translation and synthesis of English speech. While the software now supports screen rotation in Windows Mobile 2003 SE, virtual keyboards allow the display of European diacritics on devices with a non-European ROM.
