Lingate -complex ip-traffic management system
The System Lingate - not simply program-proxy or firewall, this complex programme product, allowing realize any algorithms required for full-fledged and safe functioning your network.
Lingate works at the base of the operating system Linux. But this does not mean that you will certainly take the professional network manager Linux.

Every user has a possibility to view the own detailed statistics on special user page.
Also, extremely useful can turn out to be application Lingate Tray Indicator, which lives in panels of the tasks of the user and shows the condition account record given user - a name, IP-address, lifelength for month and the remainder of the traffic before the end of month.
