J2SEditor: Professional IPTC Picture Editing J2SEditor is an IPTC caption editor with file management capabilities running on MacOS X. Its image browser displays documents thumbnails and helps you sort files. Its caption editing module lets you add or modify textual meta-data of graphics files separately or in batch without affecting the documents (e.g. the caption of a JPEG file can be updated without recompression of the document). What's New: Version 1.5 adds the following: Adds the ability to search for files based on the IPTC information they contain. Select the root folder, enter the searched string and click on "Find", J2SEditor will open all matched documents in the IPTC editing window. Other new J2SEditor features include: Possibility to add data to a chosen IPTC field ("Add to field") Possibility to find and replace a string of characters with another one Creation of thumbnails according to Exif information (automatic rotation), The "Tools" menu provides more actions in document view mode, Correction of a bug which could make J2SEditor unusable on Mac OS 9.x.
