ID3Tag InfoTip is a Windows Explorer infotip shell extension that provides pop-up text containing ID3 tags information including the title, artist, album, duration and more, when the mouse pointer is hovered over an MP3 file. A typical shell extension is meant to help a user work with a category of files. Lets suppose you are mainly interested in MP3 files, but there is no system-provided way to know about the title of the song, artist or album it belongs to. An infotip is a short bit of text that a tooltip control displays when the mouse hovers over a file of a certain type.
