FA OpenPGP lets you generate self-signed certificates/keys or you can import x.509 certificates from any Certificate Authority. Encrypted and signed files can be shared with OpenPGP compliant software and the import, export and generation of PGP format keys is supported.

You don't even have to import root certificates as it's unique Trusted Authority system already contains a list of root certificates and automatically checks them for you.

Free Reader software is available from the ArticSoft web site so other people can decrypt and verify files you send them without having to purchase any software.
