DROD 3D 1.0
The story stages Beethro, a colorful hero and shrewd swordsman who makes a living by fighting his way down the 25 levels to destroy the monsters that have invaded the underground. With him, the game is easy to learn and you become rapidly an expert in subterranean monster destruction. Deeper you got down the caves and cleverer get the monsters. Beethro and you have to strain muscles and brain to defeat Mother Cockroaches, Serpents, Evil Eyes, Goblins, Wraithwings and other monsters, solve astute enigmas and find your way out of this territory of terror and glory. The capacity of monsters in wrong doing once get boosted when Brains enter the game. Finally it's the king's own son, who forges alliances with the monster and became the master of the underground empire of evil. This game and all protagonists have been redesigned in full 3D to make the atmosphere still more dramatic, but basically you will find the same thrill and entertainment that in the original masterpiece of Erik Hermansen, the genial creator of DROD. Erik is the guy who wanted to write games that his little sister likes to play and really did it.
DROD 3D est un jeu de donjon passionnant. Beethro, le gardien drolatique et retors améliore ses fins de mois en exterminant les monstres qui ont envahi les souterrains du château. On apprend vite ce jeu pour devenir un expert en technique de combat. Plus on descend dans les caves du château et plus les monstres deviennent rusés. Beethro et vous devez faire preuve de courage et d'astuce pour vous défaire des cancrelats, serpents, diables, gobelins, vampires et autres monstres, résoudre les énigmes et tailler votre route à travers cet univers pour enfin en sortir. A un certain niveau, des Cerveaux viennent prêter aux monstres un peu de leur intelligence maléfique, histoire de faire perdre un plus les pédales et même la tête à l'exterminateur solitaire. C'est finalement le fils du roi lui-même qui va devenir le maître de cet empire du mal pour se venger de son père. Les décors et les personnages ont été redessinés en 3D pour mettre plus d'emphase sur l'atmosphère dramatique de ce jeu. Mais vous retrouverez la même excitation et le suspense du chef d'œuvre original d'Erik Hermansen, le génial créateur de DROD. Erik est ce type qui voulait depuis toujours faire des jeux qui amusent vraiment sa petite sœur et qui a très bien réussi.
