Controlling Outlook 2000 from tray
dbzOutlookTray creates a tray icon after it's launch. Using this icon, you can access all the main functions of Outlook 2000/XP without having to launch Outlook itself. Next to creating or opening Outlook items, such as tasks or calendar entries, dbzOutlookTray offers enhanced functionality regarding notes, such as autostart notes, which are automatically displayed upon program start. Calendar and task entries are accesible via several context menus, orderd by due date and priority.
dbzOutlookTray verankert ein Icon in der Taskleiste, über das Microsoft Outlook gesteuert werden kann, ohne Outlook 2000 selbst öffnen zu müssen. Neben der Neuanlage bzw. Öffnen einzelner Outlook-Objekte (Termine, Aufgaben, etc.) bietet das Programm ein erweiterte Möglichkeit Outlook-Notizen zu bearbeiten und sog. Autostart-Notizen, die beim Start der Anwendung automatisch geladen werden. In verschiedenen Untermenüs werden Termine und Aufgaben nach Ihrer Fälligkeit sortiert angezeigt.
