Calculate the bitrate needed to encode movies
BitrateCalc.exe determines the constant bitrate for encoding movies. Just enter the media type, the duration of the movie, and the audio bitrate. The program will then calculate the constant bitrate needed to fit the movie to the available disk space. Multiple audio tracks and multiple disks may also be entered into the calculation. The determined bitrate is given in kilobits and bits. This program is freeware and there are no nag screens, but the author would appreciate a small donation for his efforts.
