Amibook helps you manage your time and contacts from one convenient, easy to use screen.

Amibook allows you to keep track of phone numbers, e-mail addresses, web page URLs, and address information for your contacts, who can be in one or more groups. You can preview and print out address books and envelopes for all the people in an address book, or only those contacts you select. It will even include the return address on envelopes. Amibook is also able to dial phone numbers for you at the click of a button, jump to a web site, or open your e-mail program ready to send mail to the person selected by you.

Amibook helps you keep track of your appointments and tasks. You can set an alarm to go off up to one hour before an appointment is scheduled. Tasks are assigned a priority, and can be marked completed when finished. Any uncompleted tasks continue to show up on your daily calendar. You are able to preview and print out the tasks, appointments, or a day plan for any day you select, or weekly or monthly calendars. Tasks and appointments can be scheduled to happen one time only, or be recurring events.

Amibook uses standard XML as it's file format, but if you wish to import or export to other programs, you may do so with delimited text files. You determine the delimiter, format, and content of these files through a wizard-based import/export process. Amibook is also able to import the Windows(R) Address Book and other Amibook databases.
